LEARN

LEARN is where our continuum of services begins, helping students in grades Pre-K–5 build a strong foundation for academic and personal success. Through individualized support and small-group learning, students strengthen essential literacy and foundational math skills to support grade-level achievement and prepare for middle school. Targeted tutoring and consistent mentorship also help students develop the confidence, self-awareness, relationship skills, and resilience they need to thrive in school and beyond.

DREAM

DREAM supports students in grades 6–8 as they navigate the important transition from elementary to high school. Through individualized support, small-group learning, and consistent mentorship, students strengthen grade-level academic skills, develop effective study habits, and learn to set and pursue meaningful goals. Students also begin exploring careers and connecting their interests and strengths to future possibilities. Social-emotional learning focuses on navigating peer relationships, making responsible decisions, developing a strong sense of identity, and advocating for themselves as they prepare to enter high school.

GROW

GROW supports students in grades 9–12 as they prepare for success after high school. Through individualized guidance, small-group learning, and consistent mentorship, students stay on track academically, set personal and professional goals, and develop practical skills for adulthood. They deepen their career exploration through hands-on experiences, financial literacy, and college and workforce preparation. Each student graduates with a clear postsecondary plan and the confidence, independence, and decision-making skills needed to put that plan into action.

SHARE

SHARE extends our continuum of services to families, caregivers, alumni, and the broader community. Through responsive programming and trusted partnerships, participants gain access to practical workshops, resource navigation, events, and pathway partners who help caregivers pursue their educational, career, and personal goals. Family engagement strengthens the partnership between home and our programs, while ongoing support helps alumni continue progressing toward their goals.

SHARE occurs throughout the year on a variety of days.
